We are looking for "Operation Support Engineer" at Istanbul European Side. (Telecommunications Company)
As a company, you will be responsible for providing quality technical support for company is growing client and partner base.
You will be the primary interface fot Tier-2 support of our cloud based Wi-Fi software related issues reported by customers. The focus of this position will be debugging and anlyzing issues and drive corrective actions of technical issues impacting customer.
Characteristics of succedd in this role include previous experience in supporting or testings WLANs, VLANs or DHCP servers; in supporting or testing WLANs, VLANs or DHCP server; experience installing and troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and having the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
